How do I set up a user account on Homeline360.com?

A Homeline360.com account is fast and easy to set up and makes ordering a snap. Click the Set Up Account link at the top of each page. Once the set up is completed, you may place orders online immediately. On your next visit, simply log on with your user name and password to  access your account in order to update your personal information, review order history or to place orders anytime.

 

Can I still place an order if I did not set up a user account?

Yes. Even if you still have not set up an account, you may place an order. Simply browse our online catalog and add items in the shopping cart. During the check-out process you will be asked for your shipping and payment information. Once this information is submitted, your order is released and processed.

 

What is the cost of shipping?

For a limited time, FREE shipping is available on most orders over $75, and just $5.95 or less* for orders below $75 on most standard orders within the continental United States. When will my order arrive?

The arrival date of your product will vary depending on the product and model you select and where you live. Most in-stock products are delivered within 48 hours. Please call 877-452-3330 for express rates.

 

What is your return policy?

You have up to 15 days to return products for a full refund or exchange. If an item arrived damaged or in error, Homeline will cover the return cost of shipping. Otherwise you are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item(s). Please read our Product Return Policy before placing an order.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and PayPal.

 

Do you accept Medicare or other medical insurance?

Do you provide financing?
