Return and Exchange Policy
Our top priority is customer satisfaction. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If an item needs to be returned or exchanged, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Credit will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Certain products, such as those used in the bathroom, may not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Homeline is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.
To return an item:
- Obtain a return authorization (RA) number by contacting one of our customer service representatives. Please clearly mark the outside of the packaging with the RA number. Packages received without an RA number will be returned.
- It will be your responsibility to arrange shipping to the designated Homeline. warehouse via your preferred parcel service.
- If you paid with a check or money order, allow 4-6 weeks to receive your refund check from Homeline. If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received.
- Accidents can happen. If you are returning an item that was shipped in error or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. Please contact customer service and report your problem. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.
